While visiting family in the OKC area, my Duramax developed 'issues'. After two very positive recommendations the truck was diagnosed and serviced at Norwood Diesel. My return home was time sensitive. The work (electrical and mechanical) was expedited; and I headed to the Pacific NW. I towed an 8,000# trailer 2,500 miles without skipping a beat and with confidence. The crew from the front desk to the shop floor could not have been more understanding, helpful and professional. Should I need further assistance while in the area, I will return to Norwood Diesel. Thanks to All !! rp
